In today's world, information has greatly

increased and is easily accessible. While we

look for knowledge to assist us in living our lives,

it is important to keep in mind that God is the

supreme Source of truth and enlightenment.

Recognizing what it is to have faith in

God is one thing. It is quite another to

wholeheartedly trust God in every

circumstance.

It can be incredibly upsetting to be misled,

misrepresented, tricked, insulted, or betrayed.

We may pray and not believe God hears us.

It is difficult, if not devastating, to desire for

spiritual guidance and justice but receive no

 response.

According to the Scriptures, believers struggle

to trust God at times, because life can be cruel.

So often, we put our expectations and goals in things

and people of this world that disappoint and fade, yet

God's Word endures forever.

1 Peter 1:25

Nothing is more valuable than

God's Wordthe Gospel;

the entire revealed truth of Scripture;

the very Words of God Almighty.

God's Word is a priceless treasure that will

never fade, be destroyed, or lead us astray.

Is God faithful to His Word?

 Absolutely!

God fulfills His promises. The

Word of God is eternal and will

 never perish.

What Does It Mean to Trust in God?

Trusting God is believing that God, regardless

of our circumstances, is in complete control of the

 world and our lives.

Faith transcends our thoughts

and feelings.

We believe in God's character and His

promises when we trust God's Word. We

believe God will fulfill all the promises

He has made to us in His Word.

The Bible urges us unequivocally to trust God

with all our hearts and not rely on our own

understanding.

When we are confronted with fear, doubt, or

tension, God challenges us to surrender our own

interpretation of the situation and fully trust Him.

Simply put, we are unaware of all the magnificent

things God is accomplishing in and through our

 circumstances.

May we trust and believe that God is always at

 work, accomplishing wonderful things even

when we can't see them.

God is always at work in our lives, yet we may

only be conscious of a fraction of what God is

doing. It may be beyond our comprehension.

Life can be both pleasant and

unpleasant, harsh and complicated,

 at times.

Let us never lose sight of the fact that we live in

the same world as Jesus. Jesus was tortured

physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Pilate

gave in to the crowd's wishes and sentenced Jesus

to death by crucifixion, a penalty Jesus certainly

 did not deserve.

God has complete control over all events... over

every atom in our lives. God makes the

inconceivable possible.

Nothing happens by chance or

 at random.

Everything happens for God's perfect purposes,

and nothing or no one can stop, hinder, or obstruct

God's way.

God is in control of all
circumstances in our lives.

God's Word is eternal and will never

perish.

 God's Word is Divinely Authoritative

and flawless.

God's Word is real, trustworthy, and enduring.

The Word of God is always relevant to any

generation, situation, or scenario.

God's Word has all the wisdom we need to

solve all our concerns and satisfy our

soul's longing.

God's Word is unchanging, enduring,

indestructible, full of wisdom and prophecy.

God's Word has survived attacks of every kind.

Hundreds of philosophies and scores of religions have

been invented by men in their efforts to circumvent the

Word of God.

Through scoff of skepticism and many dark ages of

man, God's glorious promises have survived... unchanged.

God's Word is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Heaven and earth will pass away,

but My Words will never pass away.

 Matthew 24:35

God's Word provides wisdom and instruction.

God's Word cleans our hearts and minds.

No Word that God has spoken is a mere

literary artifact just to be studied.

God's Word is life-changing and all powerful.

But you, keep your head in all situations, endure

hardship, bear witness to the proclamation of

the Good News of the Kingdom of God,

fulfill all the duties of your calling.

2 Timothy 4:2-5

The more God's Word is tried... the more it shows

itself as superior to any other work of literature.

The cornerstone for defending
truth is God's Word.

God's Word supplies insights in our trials.

God's Word is our Source of faith and spiritual

strength. God's Word is our perfect Comforter,

Blueprint, and Guide. God's Word gives us

consolation and salvation.

God's Word provides everything for life.

By following God's directions...

we can build the life we are seeking.

In our world today, there are many denominations and

"religions" one can choose to follow and believe in.

When we examine God's Word, we find there is,

but one way to Salvation, which is through

God's Word.

May we all be inspired to seek, trust, and apply

the Word of God in every circumstance.

May our confidence in God's Word make it

crystal clear to the devil that we will

NOT
substitute the truth of God's Word...

for the lies of the enemy... Satan.

Consequently, faith comes from hearing the

message, and the message is heard through

 the Word of God.
